Classes also allow you to add variety to your workout routine, which removes the blah from your workout routine. You can join classes to learn new exercises or branch out of your normal routine.

Classes also help you stay motivated and stay more committed to a workout routine with instructors and classmates to help you stay accountable. Our group exercise classes are also customizable and appropriate for any exercise level! You can go at your own speed and use the appropriate weights.

We offer a variety of strength building classes including core, arms, lower body sculpt, total body, TRX, and Turf.
